Hoenn League/丰缘联盟

The Hoenn League (Japanese: ホウエンリーグ Hōen League) is the regional Pokémon League of the Hoenn region. It consists of a network of eight Gyms and the Elite Four of Hoenn.

Pokémon Trainers who earn eight Badges from sanctioned Hoenn League Gyms qualify to fight in Hoenn League competitions.

Ever Grande City serves as the capital of the Hoenn League. Trainers meet there to participate in the Ever Grande Conference and battle the Elite Four.

  • Hoenn has the most cities and towns out of all the main series regions, with 16.
  • Not counting the player’s hometown, Hoenn has the most towns and cities that do not have Gyms—Oldale Town, Slateport City, Lilycove City, Verdanturf Town, Fallarbor Town, Pacifidlog Town, and Ever Grande City.
  • Unlike other regions, several of the smaller islands off Hoenn’s southeastern coast are unreachable by any means.
  • Hoenn is the only main series region so far to not be seen in a day-night cycle at least once, and the only region not to be rendered in 3D.
  • Hoenn is the only region in the handheld games to have more than one villainous team, with both Team Aqua and Team Magma calling the region home. Only Orre matches this, with Team Snagem and Cipher, though Orre has not appeared outside of GameCubegames.
    • Both of these regions were introduced in Generation III.
  • Hoenn has the most routes of any region, with 34.
  • Hoenn has the fewest gates of any region. It features only two, both located within the Seaside Cycling Road.
  • Hoenn is the only main series region which has both a Game Corner and department store in which they are not in the same city, since Hoenn’s Game Corner is in Mauville City whereas its department store is in Lilycove City.
  • Hoenn is the only region in which all badges have the same English and Japanese names—at least one badge has a different name in all four other regions.
  • Hoenn is the only region with two lighthouses. One in Slateport City and the other in Lilycove City.

When you taste carefully, you will first feel that the outer layer of dark chocolate cake accompanied by a sweet-like powder snow slowly melt in the tongue, followed by cake filled with almond flavor your taste buds, and with the aroma release , perfect to keep delicate mouth.


1 1/2 cups (180 gr) ground almond
2/3 cup (85 gr) cake flour
2/3 cup (70 gr) unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
8 large eggs separated
1 1/2 cups (300 gr) granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 cup (60 ml) milk


Preheat the oven to 350°F; and line 2 x 8″ round cake pans with parchment or wax circles.

Mix together the ground almonds, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.

In another bowl, beat the eggyolks with 1 cup of the the sugar. Add the vanilla and almond extracts.

Alternately mix in the milk and the almond mixture into the eggyolks, starting and ending with the almond mixture.

In another grease free bowl, beat the eggwhites with the rest of the sugar until stiff peaks. Carefully fold this into the almond – yolk mixture.

Pour batter in prepared cake pans and bake for approx. 30 minutes. The cake is ready when an inserted wooden skewer or cake tester comes out clean or when cake springs back when lightly pressed with a finger.

Let the cake cool in pans for about 10 minutes. Loosen the sides with a knife or metal spatula and invert to a metal rack. Invert again to another rack to prevent the cake from splitting.

Cut each cake into two. Fill with strawberry mousse. Ice with chocolate buttercream. Place the iced cake in the refrigerator to chill (but not frozen!). Pour chocolate ganache on top and sides. Add some macarons and enjoy

Solar System


The four inner or terrestrial planets have dense, rocky compositions, few or no moons, and no ring systems. They are composed largely of refractory minerals, such as the silicates, which form theircrusts and mantles, and metals such as iron and nickel, which form their cores. Three of the four inner planets (Venus, Earth and Mars) have atmospheres substantial enough to generate weather; all have impact craters and tectonic surface features such as rift valleys and volcanoes. The term inner planet should not be confused with inferior planet, which designates those planets that are closer to the Sun than Earth is (i.e. Mercury and Venus).


Mercury  is the closest planet to the Sun and the smallest planet in the Solar System (0.055 Earth masses). Mercury has no natural satellites, and its only known geological features besides impact craters are lobed ridges or rupes, probably produced by a period of contraction early in its history. Mercury’s almost negligible atmosphere consists of atoms blasted off its surface by the solar wind. Its relatively large iron core and thin mantle have not yet been adequately explained. Hypotheses include that its outer layers were stripped off by a giant impact, and that it was prevented from fully accreting by the young Sun’s energy
Venus )is close in size to Earth (0.815 Earth masses), and, like Earth, has a thick silicate mantle around an iron core, a substantial atmosphere and evidence of internal geological activity. However, it is much drier than Earth and its atmosphere is ninety times as dense. Venus has no natural satellites. It is the hottest planet, with surface temperatures over 400 °C, most likely due to the amount of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. No definitive evidence of current geological activity has been detected on Venus, but it has no magnetic field that would prevent depletion of its substantial atmosphere, which suggests that its atmosphere is regularly replenished by volcanic eruptions.


Earth  is the largest and densest of the inner planets, the only one known to have current geological activity, and is the only place in the Solar System where life is known to exist. Its liquid hydrosphere is unique among the terrestrial planets, and it is also the only planet where plate tectonics has been observed. Earth’s atmosphere is radically different from those of the other planets, having been altered by the presence of life to contain 21% free oxygen. It has one natural satellite, the Moon, the only large satellite of a terrestrial planet in the Solar System


Mars  is smaller than Earth and Venus (0.107 Earth masses). It possesses an atmosphere of mostlycarbon dioxide with a surface pressure of 6.1 millibars (roughly 0.6 percent that of the Earth’s). Its surface, peppered with vast volcanoes such as Olympus Mons and rift valleys such as Valles Marineris, shows geological activity that may have persisted until as recently as 2 million years ago. Its red colour comes from iron oxide (rust) in its soil. Mars has two tiny natural satellites (Deimos and Phobos) thought to be captured asteroids.


Jupiter, at 318 Earth masses, is 2.5 times the mass of all the other planets put together. It is composed largely of hydrogen and helium. Jupiter’s strong internal heat creates a number of semi-permanent features in its atmosphere, such as cloud bands and the Great Red Spot.Jupiter has 63 known satellites. The four largest, GanymedeCallistoIo, andEuropa, show similarities to the terrestrial planets, such as volcanism and internal heating. Ganymede, the largest satellite in the Solar System, is larger than Mercury.


Saturn , distinguished by its extensive ring system, has several similarities to Jupiter, such as its atmospheric composition and magnetosphere. Although Saturn has 60% of Jupiter’s volume, it is less than a third as massive, at 95 Earth masses, making it the least dense planet in the Solar System. The rings of Saturn are made up of small ice and rock particles.Saturn has 62 confirmed satellites; two of which, Titan and Enceladus, show signs of geological activity, though they are largelymade of ice. Titan, the second largest moon in the Solar System, is larger than Mercury and the only satellite in the Solar System with a substantial atmosphere.


Uranus , at 14 Earth masses, is the lightest of the outer planets. Uniquely among the planets, it orbits the Sun on its side; its axial tilt is over ninety degrees to the ecliptic. It has a much colder core than the other gas giants, and radiates very little heat into space.Uranus has 27 known satellites, the largest ones being TitaniaOberonUmbrielAriel and Miranda.


Neptune , though slightly smaller than Uranus, is more massive (equivalent to 17 Earths) and therefore more dense. It radiates more internal heat, but not as much as Jupiter or Saturn.Neptune has 13 known satellites. The largest, Triton, is geologically active, with geysers of liquid nitrogen.Triton is the only large satellite with a retrograde orbit. Neptune is accompanied in its orbit by a number of minor planets, termed Neptune Trojans, that are in 1:1 resonance with it.

Dwaf planet


Pluto formal designation 134340 Pluto, is the second-most-massive known dwarf planet in the Solar System (after Eris) and the tenth-most-massive body observed directly orbiting the Sun. Originally classified as the ninth planet from the Sun, Pluto was recategorized as a dwarf planet and plutoid due to the discovery that it is one of several large bodies within the newly charted Kuiper belt.



The Moon is Earth‘s only known natural satellite,[nb 4][6] and the fifth largest satellite in the Solar System. It is the largest natural satellite of a planet in the Solar System relative to the size of its primary, having a quarter the diameter of Earth and 181 its mass.[nb 5] The Moon is the second densest satellite after Io, a satellite of Jupiter. It is in synchronous rotation with Earth, always showing the same face; the near side is marked with dark volcanic maria among the bright ancient crustal highlands and prominent impact craters. It is the brightest object in the sky after the Sun, although its surface is actually very dark, with a similar reflectance to coal. Its prominence in the sky and its regular cycle of phases have since ancient times made the Moon an important cultural influence on language, calendars, art and mythology. The Moon’s gravitational influence produces the ocean tides and the minute lengthening of the day. The Moon’s current orbital distance, about thirty times the diameter of the Earth, causes it to appear almost the same size in the sky as the Sun, allowing it to cover the Sun nearly precisely in total solar eclipses.
